What are child articles? By creating child articles, you can create articles that can be managed independently in JTL-Wawi for any possible combination of the previously created variations and variation values of your article. In other words, you generate several child articles from a parent article that contains all variations and variation values. A child article always has a parent article that transfers or "inherits" numerous article properties to its children, such as attributes, characteristics and optionally also the (variant) images. You can manage and maintain the child articles and their properties in JTL-Wawi like normal articles. The only difference is that these child articles cannot have their own categories and no further variations.
